1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Lucjan Bator, Błażowa Górna 314, 36-030 Błażowa, Poland, e-mail contact@hallroute.com. Hallroute is currently run by a private individual.
2. The optimizer
The Hallroute optimizer runs entirely in your browser. Drawings, machine lists and flows you load into it are not sent to us. So that you can continue where you left off, the optimizer keeps your last session and your language choice in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We cannot read it, and you can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We do not use cookies.
3. Early access list
If you sign up for early access, we store your e-mail address, your answers to the optional questions (hall size, CAD tool, whether you have flow data and whether you would consider paying $49 for the first three months), your language, the date and the country your connection comes from. We do not store your IP address.
We use this data to tell you when early access opens and to understand which markets are interested. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. The $49 answer is information for us only and creates no obligation.
4. Feedback
If you send feedback from the website or the optimizer, we store your message and, if you give it, your e-mail address. Feedback sent from the optimizer also includes the language, the number of machines and the unit system, so that we understand the context. We use it to improve Hallroute and to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for your e-mail address, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. E-mails to us
If you write to contact@hallroute.com, we use your e-mail address and message to answer you, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Visit statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, storage of form submissions, visit statistics and forwarding of e-mails sent to our domain.
- Google LLC — the Gmail mailbox where forwarded e-mails arrive.
Both companies may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
8. How long we keep data
Early access list: until we have told you about early access or until you withdraw your consent, and no longer than 24 months. Feedback and e-mails: 24 months. Visit statistics are kept only as totals.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before. To use these rights, write to contact@hallroute.com. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO) or to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
11. Changes
We will update this policy when Hallroute changes, for example before we introduce payments or user accounts. The date at the top shows the current version.
