1. Operator
The website hallroute.com and the Hallroute optimizer are run by Lucjan Bator, Błażowa Górna 314, 36-030 Błażowa, Poland, e-mail contact@hallroute.com, as a private individual.
2. What the website offers today
All services are free of charge and need no account:
- the Hallroute optimizer, free version, for halls with up to 10 machines,
- signing up for early access,
- sending feedback.
Nothing can be bought on the website today. The prices shown on the home page are planned prices only.
3. Technical requirements
A current web browser with JavaScript enabled (for example Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari). To import a drawing you need a DXF file. To sign up or get an answer to feedback you need an e-mail address.
4. Using the optimizer
The optimizer runs in your browser, and your data stays on your device. You keep all rights to the data you enter and may use the results in your own work, including commercially.
The results are estimates based on the data you enter. Before moving any machine, a qualified person must check the layout against safety, fire protection and building rules and against the requirements of the machines. The free version is provided as it is, and we may change or end it at any time. We are not liable for damage resulting from its use, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.
5. Early access
Signing up for early access is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Ticking “I would pay $49 for the first 3 months” is information for us only. It is not an order, and nothing is charged. You can leave the list at any time by writing to contact@hallroute.com.
6. Your obligations
Do not send unlawful content through the forms and do not disrupt the website, for example by sending automated mass submissions.
7. Intellectual property
The software, texts and graphics of the website belong to the operator. You may use the free optimizer, but you may not copy, modify or resell its code.
8. Complaints
Send complaints about the website or the optimizer to contact@hallroute.com with a short description of the problem. We will answer within 14 days.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms, for example when we introduce paid plans or user accounts. Changes are published on this page with a new date and do not apply retroactively. Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
