Find the layout with the least forklift travel

Load your hall from AutoCAD (DXF) or Excel, add the flows, and Hallroute places every machine for you. Operator areas, pallet space, aisle widths and escape routes are checked along the way.

Free for halls with up to 10 machines. It runs in your browser, and your drawing is never uploaded.

Why Hallroute

Real forklift routes, not straight lines

Distances are measured around machines, only through passages wide enough for your truck. Layouts that look best on straight lines are often longer in reality or not reachable at all.

Move only what pays off

Next to a full re-layout you get the best layouts that move just 2, 5 or 10 machines, with forklift hours saved and payback.

Safety rules built in

Aisle widths from ASR A1.8, operator areas, pallet space kept off the routes and escape routes from ASR A2.3 are checked for every layout.

Works with your drawing

Import a DXF from AutoCAD or any CAD, or paste from Excel. Export back to DXF. Nothing is uploaded: it all runs in your browser.

How it works

Hallroute reads the drawing you already have and the flows you already know. No new model to build.

  1. Load the hall

A DXF drawing from AutoCAD or any CAD, or a machine list with positions and sizes (CSV). Mark fire lanes, machines that must stay and the pick-up side of each machine.

  2. Add the flows

A from–to table, or routings with yearly volumes. No data yet? Start from an A/E/I/O/U/X relationship chart.

  3. Compare 3–5 layouts

Each with its transport effort next to today's, a cap on how many machines may move and the payback in money. Adjust by hand, then export to DXF with an AutoCAD script, or print a report.

Planned pricing

Pay for one relayout, or subscribe if layouts are part of your job. These are planned prices in US dollars. Nothing can be bought yet.
